Cancellations made 30 to 25 days prior to departure will incur a charge of 25% of the tour cost. Within the period of 24 to 20 days, the charge increases to 50% of the tour cost, while cancellations made 19 to 15 days before departure result in a 75% charge. Cancellations made from 14 days up to the departure date incur a 100% charge of the tour cost. In the event of a no-show, 100% retention will be applied. Furthermore, there will be no refunds for any partly unused services, such as accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portions, or sightseeing, if not availed by the customer during the tour.
