A passionate traveler and seasoned globetrotter, he joined the travel industry after completing an MBA in Tourism Management, determined to turn his dreams into reality. With more than 30 years of experience in tourism, he has been a pacesetter and quickly became one of the pioneers in the industry, catering to travelers from across the globe. He is a source of inspiration, guidance, and never-ending passion, continually striving to improve, innovate, and excel in everything we do. As the Managing Director of the company, he continues to lead the company’s strategy, service standards, and innovation
He has traveled widely not only across India but also throughout the entire subcontinent. He has in-depth, firsthand knowledge of even the remotest destinations, the minutest details of various service components, and every aspect of tour management—from the smallest details to large-scale operations. He is truly the driving force behind the team, continually setting and raising the bar higher each time.

The company is led by Mr. Ravi Gosain, a postgraduate in Tourism Management with More than 30 years of experience in the tourism industry. Our operations team of approximately 50 professionals provides round-the-clock assistance to our clients. All team members, from managers to the executive level, are professionally qualified and experienced to provide professional, efficient and dependable service. The managers who oversee your travel arrangements have themselves widely traveled and continue doing so, thus are exposed to the global standards of the industry and work on the guidelines fixed for them by the company, which allows them to maintain a perfect equilibrium between expectations and delivery of all guests, thereby adding outstanding value to every traveller who travels through the company. All groups are escorted by qualified language-speaking escorts/tour managers who ensure the highest standard of service at each stage of the journey.
Erco Travels was incorporated in 1999 as an inbound tour operator. We have a Representative Office in The Netherlands.
Besides having our own offices in two major cities, i.e., Mumbai & Goa, the company has a wide network of regional and associate offices throughout the Indian subcontinent – India, Nepal, Bhutan, Dubai, Myanmar, Sri Lanka & Maldives with sound infrastructure, professionally trained representatives with local expertise and knowledge.
