Agra Fort Army Gate (Gather Point)
The 16th century UNESCO world heritage, Agra Fort consist a number of Army Gate also known as the Gather Point was built in 1080 AD. Sikandar Lodi, the sultan of Delhi was the first ruler of this dynamic fort and after him 4 other armies (Hindu Sikarwar Rajputs, Mughals, Suris and British Army) including present Indian Army have also stayed in it. There are four gates but the most approaching are “Delhi Gate” and the “Lahore Gate. Lahore Gate is known by various names like ‘Akbar Darwaza’, the southern gateway. This gate is a great example of architectural traits. Delhi gate is the monumental gate and the masterpiece of Akbar’s time. Forming its main entrance it is also known as western gate of Agra fort.

Vaidya Ramdutt Gali
This is the small and old lane of Agra, dedicated to Vaidya Ramdutta Sharma. Vaidya means an Ayurvedic doctor who has the knowledge of traditional herbal medicines and pules reading of Ayurveda. ‘Ayur’ means ‘age’ & ‘Veda’ means ‘to increase’, so Ayurveda tells how to increase your age with the natural herbal remedies. There was a time when patients, not only from Agra but from distant places, come here to meet one of the vaidyas here. Once Mahatma Gandhi also stayed in Agra in 1929, for 11 days, while under the treatment of a local vaidya.
Today his family descendants live & practice the ancestral knowledge to treat people with the herbal medicines.

Mankameshwar Temple
This divine Mankameshwar Mandir is the most ancient temple situated at Rawatpura area in Agra.

This temple is devoted to Lord Shiva and the Shivlinga (inside the temple) is very unique and covered by the silver metal. According to the Hindu mythology this Swaroop of Shivlinga is founded by Lord Shiva himself in the Dwapara era. In search of the darshan of the child lord Krishna Shiva stoped at this place and take rest, here the wish of Lord Shiva of getting darshan of Lord Krishna was granted and fulfilled. Presently the temple is visited by thousands of devotees every day and this is the only temple of Lord Shiva that has Lord Shiva’s face carved on it.

the salesmen of the colorful shops of this croweded and busy street exhibited their colorful clothes, dresses, floral decoration and the special paan to the buyers. The famous street food and pyramid shaped paan coated with “chandi ka verk” (Silver Foil) and garnished with coconut powder which are the most alluring things for the visitors.

This is a temple also known as Temple of Bihari Ji and “Gotewalon ka Mandir” and famous for it’s most beautiful ornately carved Balcony.

It was built by a merchant name Mohan Lal in 1880. Mohan Lal was the maker of brocade borders for saaris and his family is still involve in their traditional business of brocade borders for Saaris, dresses & Hand bags continuing the traditional family business. It is about 135 years old but still in very good condition.

Radha Krishna Mandir
The 200yrs old Shri Radha Krishna Temple in Agra has its own brand of unique charm. It is devoted to Lord Krishna. This temple has 150- year-old sculptures and the legend of Lord Krishna’s 13 reincarnations. This temple will leave you with a lifetime of fond memories.

It is decorated with 25 fountains. It was built to protect the Taj from the rough effects of the sand strome across the Yamuna River.
